WE'RE NOW ACCEPTING ONLINE/RETAIL ARBITRAGE, REMOVAL AND WHOLESALE/PRIVATE LABEL CLIENT.

Monthly Plans (NO HIDDEN FEES, NO MONTHLY FEES). You will be billed according to Amazon prep specifications.

We expect all clients to be familiar with the basic terminologies of selling on Amazon like FNSKU labels, creating listings, standard size unit, converting FBM listings to FBA and identifying product ASINs. The fees below include unloading/receiving and loading fees. Please note that clothes and shoes will incur a $1 fee per item. There is a $50 minimum per shipment.

WE WILL:

Receive and visually inspect your inventory.
Notify you that your shipment was received.
Provide temporary storage.
Upload and sync your inventory via seller central or inventoryLab.
InventoryLab integration will result in a $10 per month in management fees as we have to create a user email for your inventoryLab account.
Provide a spreadsheet with counts and email damage photos.
Complete your shipment within 24hrs - 48hrs after receipt. Please be aware that shipments received after 12PM EST will be completed between 48hrs - 72hrs. Oversize/overweight/glass intensive and bulk shipments may take between 3-7 business days.
Provide sticker covering/removal.
Provide expiration labels (inventoryLab only)
Dunnage.
Ship to Amazon warehouse via UPS, LTL and FTL.
Storage is billed as per pallet position at $45 per month.

You may give us limited access to your Amazon account to print FNSKUs and shipping labels by visiting our "how it works" page. You may also choose to send us FNSKUs and Shipping labels instead.

Clients who choose to provide FNSKU and shipping labels must do so within a reasonable time frame to avoid storage fees. Storage fees will assessed 7 days after delivery.

Please be aware that cartons 50lbs and over will be considered "team lift" and assessed a $10 per carton fee. Please visit our disclosure page for additional information.

Payment is "as you go" and will be due prior to shipment departure.

Oversize/overweight/glass intensive and bulk shipments may take between 3-7 business days.

**Please be aware that you will experience a delay if you decide to send us FNSKU and shipping labels as opposed to giving us limited permission to your account to print shipping and FNSKU labels**

B. ALL INCLUSIVE WHOLESALE/PRIVATE LABEL PLANS:

We offer various monthly packages for wholesale and private label clients. We have a forklift (narrow way reach truck), power pallet jacks, and loading docks to assist in cross-docking, unloading and reloading various merchandise and pallets.

Wholesale and Private label clients can elect to be billed the ALL INCLUSIVE PRICING (includes glass prep, poly bagging, bubble wrapping, unloading/receiving and loading fees) below or opt to be charged individually "a la carte".

The All Inclusive pricing plan offers high savings for clients for wholesale and PL clients with mixed prep products. It .

Please be aware that bundling/multi-packing is billed as per the "bundling and multi-packing" section below. We will only polybag or bubblewrap your products based off Amazon's recommendation.

Starter package - $1.25/standard size unit for up to 500 items per month (5 days free storage before storage fees kick in).

Intermediate package - $1.15/standard size unit for between 501 and 1000 items per month.

Deluxe package -$1/standard size unit for between 1001 and 3000 units per month.

Gold package -$0.90/standard size unit for between 3001 - 5000 units per month.

Platinum package - $0.80/standard size unit for 5000+ units per month.

BOOKS (NEW BOOKS)

Shipment completion time of 24hrs - 72hrs. There's a $25 minimum per shipment to Amazon.

Up to 500 books per month - $1.65
501 - 1000 units per month - $1.50
1001 - 3000 units per month - $1.35
3001 - 5000 units per month - $1.15
5001 - 10000 units per month - $1

USED BOOKS (INSPECTION, LABEL REMOVAL AND PREP)

Shipment completion time of 3 - 5 business days. There's a $50 minimum per shipment to Amazon.

SHRINK-WRAP

Shrink-wrapping is an additional $1 per item.

OVERSIZE ITEM MANAGEMENT FEES

Individual items/bundles/multipacks weighing 10lbs and 19lbs - $2.75 per item handling fee.
Individual items/bundles/multipacks weighing more than 20lbs - $5 per item handling fee.
Individual items/bundles/multipacks longer (L) than 18 inches, wider (W) than 14 inches and higher (H) than 8 inches but less than 5lbs - $0.50 - $0.75 per item handling fee only assessed once.
Individual items/bundles/multipacks longer (L) than 18 inches, wider (W) than 14 inches and higher (H) than 8 inches but less than 10lbs - $2.75 per item handling fee only assessed once.
Individual items/bundles/multipacks longer (L) than 18 inches, wider (W) than 14 inches and higher (H) than 8 inches and more than 10lbs - $5 per item handling fee only assessed once.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY

We offer product assembly at a flat rate of $50/hour (45min minimum).

CUSTOM CARTON FEES

Custom cartons can be requested. Custom cartons will be used when we run out of free cartons. The client will cover the cost of carton, shipping and handling as per Uline cost chart.

STORAGE FEES

Storage is charged as pallet position at $45 per month (limit 1,500lbs).
Hazmat storage is charged at $60 per pallet position (limit 1500lbs).
Pallets weighing more than 1,500lbs will be re-palletized.

PHOTOGRAPHY FEES

Non-professional photos (inventory photo) - $5 for 5 photos for unit.
Photography - $20 main white background photo. $10 for additional.

REMOVAL ORDER/RETURN HANDLING FEES

Removal orders inspection/disposal - $1.50 per standard size unit (reship will be billed at arbitrage or wholesale/PL prep pricing).
Return handling (other channels - includes reship) - $1.50 per standard size unit up to 10lbs. $1 + $0.20/pound after 10lbs.
Return to supplier/vendor - $3.50 per carton/$25 per pallet.

**Please be aware that items weighing 50lbs or over will be assessed an additional $10 fee.**

E-COMMERCE FULFILLMENT FEES

E-commerce fulfillment (3 business days)- $1.50 per individual standard size item. Discount of $2.50 per order up to 3 standard size items and up to 10lbs. Client pays shipping.
Same-day/One-day shipping - $3.50 per individual standard size item. Discount of $4.50 per order up to 2 items and up to 10lbs. Client pays shipping.

**Please be aware that individual items weighing 50lbs or over will be assessed an additional $10 fee**

CARTON/PALLET FORWARDING FEES

Carton forwarding without inspection (cartons less than 24") - $2.95 per carton.
Carton forwarding without inspection (cartons more than 24") - $3.95 per carton.
Carton forwarding with inspection (cartons less than 24")- $5.95 per carton ($0.15 per standard size unit to sort your units into a different carton).
Carton forwarding with inspection (cartons more than 24")- $6.95 per carton ($0.15 per standard size unit to sort your units into a different carton).
Pallet forwarding without inspection - $15.99 per pallet.
Pallet forwarding with inspection - $25.99 per pallet.
Carton consolidation - Consolidate your smaller cartons into our bigger custom carton for $2.50 per carton. Client will cover Uline custom carton fee.

PALLETIZATION FEES

Palletizing - $35 per pallet (we will use your pallet if your shipment comes with one). $25 palletization.

INSERTS (MARKETING/BUSINESS CARDS ETC)

Marketing insert - $0.15 (inserts provided by client)

CONTAINER RECEIVING FEE/AFTER HOUR FEES:

We offer the lowest container receiving fees in the business. This is simply because we want your business and hope to form a prosperous partnership with your company for now and the future.
