A. Create an Amazon sub-account 

In order for us to create shipments and print shipping labels on your behalf, We will need you to create a sub-account in your Amazon seller account giving us limited ability to manage and ship FBA inventory. Please be aware that this process doesn't let us see your financial information. It gives us limited access so we can print FNSKU and shipment labels for your packages.
 
Below are the instructions (2D BARCODE HAS TO BE ENABLED. PLEASE SCROLL TO 6D AFTER COMPLETING 6A TO LEARN HOW TO ENABLE 2D BARCODE):

1) In your account: Settings > User Permissions

2) Under “Add a user”: documents@rpshipping.com > Send Invitation

3) Amazon will send an invitation to us.

4) Once you have sent your invitation, email us at documents@rpshipping.com, and let us know your Amazon Seller Central name.

5) We will accept the invitation and respond to the email you’ve sent with your seller central name.

6) You will then need to add permissions for the account so we can access your shipping plans and create FNSKU/shipping labels on your amazon account.
To start off you will need to click on "settings > User Permissions > Current Users > documents@rpshipping.com > Manage permissions". If you want us to create shipment, FNSKU labels and ship out your products efficiently, please enable "view and edit" for below as described in section 6A:
6A. (ENABLING VIEW AND EDIT FOR BELOW IS THE MOST EFFICIENT WAY TO GET YOUR PRODUCTS OUT QUICKLY)
  • Manage FBA Shipments / Inventory

  • Item classification

  • manage FBA inventory/shipment

  • manage inventory/add product

  • upload inventory

6B. (THIS WILL ONLY GIVE US ACCESS TO YOUR SHIPPING PLANS. YOU WILL HAVE TO CREATE YOUR SHIPPING PLAN PRIOR TO SHIPMENT ARRIVAL)
Under Manage FBA Shipments / Inventory > View/Edit > Continue (You can stop here if you want to create the shipments yourself but let us view it and see how to pack or move on to step c to give us the ability to compile your inventory and create shipments on our own).
6C. (THIS IS A REPETITION OF STEP A. NO NEED TO REDO IF ALREADY COMPLETED)
Enable "view/edit" for "Item classification", "manage FBA inventory/shipment", "manage inventory/add product", and "upload inventory". (In addition to step B, do step C to allow us limited permission to create and edit shipments within your Amazon account. Please note that we can only see and edit shipments. This doesn't give us permission to view or edit your financial information).
6D. ENABLING 2D BARCODE 
2D Barcode has to be enable on your account. We cannot process any of your shipments without it. Please see instructions below on how to enable 2D Barcode:
Please enable 2D barcode on your account via the link below. Please note that we pack shipments with 2D barcodes, so you’ll need to have this feature turned on via the link below if it’s not already turned on:

Alternatively, you can follow instructions below to enable 2D barcode without the link: On your Amazon Seller Central account, Hover over  "Settings -- Fulfillment by Amazon -- Inbound settings -- Enable 2D barcodes for box content information".

If you'd like us to use Inventory Lab or any other 3rd party listing tools to create your shipments, we will need sub-account access with ‘List’ privileges in addition to the Amazon sub-account.

B. Creating a shipment (only if step 6C from Step A isn't done)

Log into your Amazon Seller Central Account and create a Shipping Plan for your next shipment. Only list the products and the quantities, then stop. Your work will be saved by Amazon. Do Not approve shipment.

Please use the Rename function in the upper left-hand corner on the first page of the shipping plan to replace the PLN prefix with a name that will help us identify the correct shipment [e.g., Change PLN (27/4/19 14:24 PM) to RP SHIPPING(27/4/19 12:24PM)].

This will ensure we know the correct order to work on.

Option 2: If you enabled '6C' from step A, you can just ship your products to us and you do not need to do anything further. We will handle the shipments and create FNSKUs from the Amazon sub-account that you gave us access to.

C. Let us know what's coming and we'll handle the rest

Please log into our inventory management spreadsheet to fill out details for upcoming shipment. Afterwards, all you need to do is ship your products to us with the address format below:

Once we receive your inventory we will be ready to process, prep&pack your items. We manage inventory receive and ship on a spreadsheet that looks like this: HERE

D. We will do the rest

We will receive your items into our spreadsheet, create a shipment with your goods, print out your FNSKU labels, prep and pack your goods, print and affix your shipping labels and your goods will be off to an FBA warehouse!
