Expedited Services (24hr turnaround)

We understand that your time is money. Clients looking for faster turnaround times can benefit from our expedited 24hr turnaround services. We will complete your shipment within 24hrs of receipt or offer a 50% discount on your final invoice. All noted prep and forwarding expedited fees below include receiving and loading fees. Clients can request expedited services only under the conditions below:​

• Arrangements must be made at least 5 business days prior to shipment arrival.

• Late notice (less than 5 business days prior to arrival) will be assessed a $499 arrangement fee.

• Prep expedited shipments must contain 1000 individual units or more arriving on same day and time.

• Forwarding expedited shipments must contain 400 cartons or more arriving on same day and time.

• Appointment necessary! Confirmed delivery date and approximate arrival time (delivery window of 2hrs or less).

• Late delivery may result in a $150 chargeback fee per hour.

• Late delivery may be disqualified from 24hr turnaround.

• $899 chargeback fee for missed container delivery.

• $699 chargeback fee for missed FTL delivery.

• $499 chargeback fee for missed LTL delivery.

• $199 chargeback fee for missed small parcel delivery.

• Provision of inbound quantities and type of goods.

• Confirmation of prep and work type for all goods or cartons within shipment.

• Unless discussed and agreed upon. No individual items weighing more than 10lbs.

• Cartons weighing between 50lbs - 80lbs will be assessed a $20 chargeback per carton.

• Extremely overweight cartons weighing over 80lbs will be assessed a $65 chargeback per individual carton.

• Invoice must be paid in full upon shipment completion and prior to shipment departure.
